Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Zyrilo for using the app and website: accounts, content, offers, creator payouts and restaurant listings.

Last updated 29 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zyrilo mobile app, website and related services (together, "Zyrilo" or the "Service"), operated by Rigelgo Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62013OD2023PTC043124), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 516/1748, Swarnapuri, Kanan Vihar, Patia, Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Odisha 751024, India ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Zyrilo you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Zyrilo is

Zyrilo is a creator-led food discovery platform. Creators publish short videos and photos of restaurants and dishes, users discover and save places and claim offers, and restaurants publish offers and run campaigns with creators.

Zyrilo is not a restaurant, a food delivery service or a seller of food. Meals are sold to you by the restaurant. We do not process payments for food, and we are not a party to any purchase you make at a restaurant.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Zyrilo.
  • You sign in with a mobile number verified by a one-time password (OTP). Keep your phone and OTPs to yourself — you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one personal account. Do not impersonate anyone or create accounts to get around a suspension or offer limits.
  • We may refuse, suspend or reclaim a handle that infringes someone's rights, impersonates a person or brand, or misleads other users.

3. Personal, creator and restaurant accounts

Every account starts as a personal account. You can apply to upgrade to a creator account (to join campaigns and receive payouts) or to manage a restaurant page (to publish menus, offers and campaigns).

Upgrades are reviewed by our team and may require documents, such as proof that you own or are authorised to represent a restaurant. We may approve or decline an application, and we may reverse an upgrade or remove a verification badge if the requirements stop being met.

4. Your content

You own the videos, photos, reviews, comments and messages you post ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display, distribute and promote Your Content in connection with operating, improving and marketing Zyrilo, including on our public web pages. The licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except where it has been shared by others, is needed to resolve disputes or enforce these Terms, or must be retained by law.

When you post, you confirm that:

  • the footage and photos are real, were captured by you or with permission, and show the restaurant and dish you tag;
  • you have the rights to everything in it, including any audio — licensed music is not allowed unless you hold the rights, so use original or royalty-free sound;
  • you have disclosed any payment, gift, discount or other benefit you received for the post;
  • it follows our Community Guidelines and the law.

We screen uploads automatically and may review, label, limit the reach of, or remove content that breaks these Terms or the Guidelines. We do not endorse content posted by users and are not responsible for it.

5. Offers and redemptions

Offers are made by restaurants, not by Zyrilo. Each offer shows its own conditions — discount, validity dates, eligible dishes and limits — and the restaurant is responsible for honouring it.

  • Claim an offer in the app and redeem it in person by letting the restaurant scan your QR code. QR codes are personal, signed and expire quickly.
  • Unless an offer says otherwise, it can be redeemed once per person. Offers cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless the restaurant allows it.
  • We may cancel a claim or reverse a redemption that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, duplicated or made in breach of these Terms, and may suspend accounts involved.
  • Disputes about the food, the bill or the service at a restaurant are between you and the restaurant. Tell us through Help & Support and we will pass it on and look at the listing.

6. Creators: campaigns and payouts

Creators can apply to campaigns that restaurants publish. Each campaign states what the creator is paid for — on Zyrilo, earnings accrue for each verified redemption (a QR scan at the restaurant) attributed to the creator's content, up to the campaign's budget.

  • You must complete identity verification (KYC) and add a valid payout method, such as a UPI ID, before your first payout is released.
  • Earnings are recorded in a ledger visible in Creator Studio. Payouts are made on the schedule shown in the app, after any review period.
  • We may hold a payout while we review suspicious activity, and may reverse earnings (claw back) that came from fraudulent, self-made or reversed redemptions, including by deducting them from future earnings.
  • You are responsible for your taxes. We may deduct tax at source (TDS) or collect tax details where the law requires it. Platform fees, if any, are shown in the campaign terms before you apply.
  • You must follow the Advertising Standards Council of India's guidelines for influencer advertising, including clearly labelling paid content.

7. Restaurants

  • Keep your page accurate: name, address, hours, menu, prices, dietary markings and photos. You are responsible for your food, its safety and your compliance with food-safety, licensing and consumer laws.
  • Honour every offer you publish, on the terms you published, for every valid redemption within its validity period.
  • Campaign budgets, fees and billing are set out in the campaign screens and any separate restaurant partner terms we agree with you.
  • Do not post or solicit fake reviews, reward reviews without disclosure, or review your own or competing restaurants.

8. Messages and interactions

Where messaging is available, use it respectfully. You can block or report any account. Messages are private between participants, but we may review reported messages and messages flagged by our safety systems to enforce these Terms and to meet legal obligations.

9. Moderation, strikes and suspension

Content can be reported from the app. Content reported by 5 or more people may be hidden automatically while it is reviewed. When content or behaviour breaks the rules we may remove it, reduce its reach, issue a strike, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account, depending on how serious and how repeated the breach is.

If you think we got a decision wrong, contact our Grievance Officer.

10. Things you must not do

  • Break the law or help anyone else break it.
  • Scrape, copy or harvest data from Zyrilo, or access it with bots, except as our robots rules allow.
  • Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or probe the security of the Service.
  • Manipulate views, saves, reviews, redemptions or rankings, or run multiple accounts to do so.
  • Use Zyrilo to send spam or unsolicited promotions.

11. Our intellectual property

Zyrilo, its logo, app and website design, and the software behind them belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them other than to use the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

12. Third-party services

Zyrilo relies on third parties such as maps, video hosting, SMS delivery, identity verification and payment providers. Your use of their features may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

13. Disclaimers

Zyrilo is provided "as is" and "as available". Creator videos and reviews are personal opinions. Restaurant details, prices, availability, allergens and dietary markings are provided by restaurants and users; always confirm with the restaurant, especially if you have allergies. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Zyrilo is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and ₹10,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms or your breach of anyone's rights.

16. Deleting your account and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Your profile is hidden straight away; if you sign in again within 30 days the deletion is cancelled. After 30 days your personal details are erased or anonymised, except records we must keep — see the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as the content licence for shared content, payouts owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive termination.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by another reasonable means before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zyrilo after that means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have, the courts at Cuttack have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms: contact@zyrilo.app. Complaints about content or our decisions: our Grievance Officer.
